You have the right to return the product you
received within 14 calendar days completely free of charge and request it be
replaced with a different size or product.We do not support refunds but only
replacement of the products with an equivalent available product from our
website. For returns within Greece, you will not be charged for transport
costs, provided you use the shipping company given. For returns
abroad, the return costs are borne by the person placing the return.
We clarify that in order to proceed with
the free return of the product, the product must be in the best condition as received without any damages and complete, in its original packaging. All footwear
should be tested on a carpet to avoid damage. Also, the returned product should
be accompanied by all the necessary documents received with the initial product (receipt etc.).
The return process is simple. Fill out the return form received with your package and follow the instructions.
Our company takes all necessary measures to
ensure that all products are carefuly packed in order to receive them without
damage. Receiving a defected product is rare. If you receive the product satisfactory
and have not stated otherwise within 14 calendar days, then you have received
the product without defects from our company. You may return the product or
part of the product that is defective or damaged to the courier that delivered
it to you, free of charge, within 14 calendar days of its purchase/delivery if
you find that it has been damaged or there is a defect. Please contact us
immediately through e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to send and/or
replace the damaged or defective product or if you simply wish to cancel your
order, so that after the defect has been established by us, we will refund the
full amount paid for the defective product.
